When I think of agility, the athletes of Tokyo 2020 come to mind. Besides their speed, strength and endurance, it is their resilience that allows them to rise above adversity.

Likewise in business, our agility allows us to respond proactively to emerging challenges. The past 18 months have proven this time and again!

Just as see-saws were not made for elephants, humans were not made to spend prolonged periods of time behind closed doors, perspex screens and fabric masks. Our current world is not what we had aspired to; however, the human instinct to innovate is never far away.

Every challenge presents an opportunity for the most agile. We just need to be nimble enough to seize the moment.
