The Role
The Client Marketing Manager is for a professional marketing manager to lead clients across projects.
The role has a focus as a client relationship manager, across a range of creative and digital projects with high quality communications to clients and internal team members.
Marketing focuses on social media management, reporting on campaign performance and email marketing.
The role reports directly to the managing director.

Responsibilities
- Client relationship management across a range of client projects, managing tasks and deliverables.
- Digital and marketing experience, to lead clients across project management.
- Liaise with the internal team to support the implementation of campaigns, digital sites, creative design, audience communication, technology, branding.

- Retain clients and deliver results to align with campaign objectives and required outcomes.
Qualifications
- Qualification in marketing or communication education, over 5+ years experience in communications or marketing roles.
Essential Skills
- Quality marketing skills in the lead generation and growth recommendations to clients.
- High focus on the management of clients, leading and then being part of their trusted team.
- Understanding of communication and marketing practices and principles applied across a range of business areas.
- Ability to brief internal teams and clients by gathering information and understand their business and marketing needs with high attention to details.
- A team player with a positive attitude to deliver key project metrics, in an efficient manner and manage variety of projects across range of clients
Key Performance Indicators
- Client retention with satisfaction rating of 4 and over on all projects.
- Showcase effective marketing and communication skills to lead the projects to achieve marketing goals.
- Growth of client portfolio across Fig Tree services, with expansion of services outside of the original project.
Job Role & Renumeration
The role covers weekdays Monday to Friday, with options for 6 hours per day or 7.6 hours per day.
Salary range based on the applicants number of years with experience across similar roles.
Location
Working at Fig Tree Studio, Suite 1 / 2 East Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000 or remotely as required.
