We are so excited to announce our new Cellar Door exclusive range “Mastercraft”!
This range celebrates the craft of making wine and includes our Winemakers' most favoured varietals including Tempranillo, Malbec and Verdelho to name a few. The Noon Harvest Merlot, Summer Shiraz and Montepulciano are all available now and stay tuned as we release other varietals when their vintage is ready.
To celebrate the launch of this range, we sat down with our Winemaker Ryan Andrew to find out behind-the-scenes details on Mastercraft, discuss his winemaking experience and hear about the favourite parts of his job.
An aromatic wine with mulberry, cassis, mocha and subtle white pepper notes jumping from the glass. The palate shows concentrated blackcurrant, ripe cherry and plum with undertones of coconut and coffee spice.
Displaying notes of plum and boysenberry on the nose with a slight chocolate and underlying savoury spice. A mouth-filling wine with medium tannins and flavours of plum and cherry with a lingering savoury finish.
This Merlot displays aromas of blueberry, plum and light sweet notes. It’s a light and vibrant wine with flavours of cherry, candied raspberries and chocolate.
